We all need a job , if you are high qualified there are very few institutions in might help you but creating accessible environment around job you may face difficulties in our India currently.

In India around 40 millions people are with disability, making an inclusive environment is our responsibility. 

There are some outstanding NGO's ( Non Governmental organization) working for the people with disabilities providing them training, accessible environment and Job. They are doing a great Job.

1) Enable India – Empowering person with disabilities.

Located in electronic city Bangalore. They provide training for the people with kinds of disabilities. After training they also help getting placed in a company. Also they published all kinds of job available for PWDs. PWDs can apply for the job online from the Job portal Enabled by Enable India.

2)DEEDS

Deeds located in the City of Dreams Mumbai, Maharashtra.  The city has many institutions  for the hearing handicapped like Ali Yavar Jung  institute for hearing handicapped etc.. Deeds is one of the best institute working for the hearing handicapped. They also provide training in

various fields like cooking,  English training  etc.. Cookery is of the best course for the hearing impaired people,  it is one year course after one can fulfill  his/her dream to become a chef. Many aspire to become a chef but could not  due to social economic issues.

Here is the good opportunity for someone  who might have dream about to become a chef. The institution has made many Chefs , today they are working in many star hotels of Mumbai. Deeds has no branches in others cities till now. ( please check the Deeds website for an update )

The cookery  is the free course for hearing impaired people but one has to find accommodation self especially those who are coming from outside.
The city has many paying guest and hostels but they are expensive. It is recommended for outsiders to stay with their relatives if possible  for their safety.

The another NGO like Enable India located in the 4th largest metro city Chennai , Tamilnadu. The NGO has many branches across India, including  metros Mumbai, Delhi.V-Shesh trains people with disabilities and helps them to get placed in a company.

4) Leonard Cheshire Disability

It is popularly known as LRC short form used by Deaf people in Sign language.
It is has many branches in across India.They provide training for people with disabilities and help them to get placed in company. They also has job portal for specially created for person with disabilities.
A person can register in portal then apply for various post available. It is like  Naukri.com created for only specially abled.

NDS is short form of Noida Deaf society, located in NCR region Northen part of India.
It is of the best NGO working for Deaf in Northern  part of India. They offer various courses for hearing impaired and also help them to get placed in cities like Pune ,Delhi , Noida and Gurgaon etc.. NDS has good team of sign language interpreter and they help very well.

6)Sai Swayam Society

After looking colorful logos of hand signs in below picture  you may know Sai Swayam Society located at the capital city of India,  New Delhi.
The main aim  of the institution is to get trained person with hearing impaired with Signs , Skills and Strength.
They also offers job fairs for person with disabilities and cultural programs too. They also  have normal interpreters very well in Sign Language. They have some good initiatives you may look in picture below
